Love Poem: Virtues

Virtues

I stand tall
in this belief
patience and understanding
faith in hope
with loves purity
with a manliness
judgement impaired
struggling within desire
passion and courage
a fortitude
in the perfection
of something
so beautiful

Without tolerance
poor justice served
in love controlling
thoughts within emotions
forgiveness and mercy
hold all keys
I am a god fearing man
feelings tore
to pieces

Without mercy
only one wisdom
is the supreme judge
of all that I am
having faith
in courage
light of hope
shines her beacon
with love

Restricted in
deep senses
cast into darkness
hurting deeply
Hell's fire burns
inside the heart
I donated it
as a gift
of beauty everlasting
freely to you

Charity a moral virtue
in subject matter
how dare anyone
judge my feelings
on this severe pain
as I fight bravely
in the light
of love
never giving up

Reaching out
of this soul
deeming myself worthy
regulates this man
in regards to honours
the spiritual union
of love
the commitment
in God's light
in spite
of difficulties

What is
morally right
justice in happiness
a knowledge
of natural light within
one reason
we trust divinely
it attains life
in everlasting clarity
we find our peace
