Verbal Revenge

Lines, shapes, meaningless, weightless, senseless.
Without reason.
As each carefully, carelessly planned one tumbled out a made up fairy tale evaporated.
Every broken piece razor sharp, spilling new blood into old wounds.
Leading to the edge of familiarity, staring back, not wanting to go.
The words give no choice
Begging.
But they had nothing else to say.
So simply destructive, five destroyed an entire future.
A flame extinguished.
It took hundreds of words, thousands of letters to mend this disaster,
and only a fraction of a second to crush it all over again with the heaviness of air.
This verbal feast is set for one and may he eat well for this gesture is not one of kindness.
