Valentine's
For this is the day.
The day of Valentines it is.
It is the day of love, joy and emotions.
A day when the one you love is the most.
A day of all days to be near the one in heart.
It is there we hold love down deep.
Deep with in the soul it strives for freedom.
That of our hearts we love but even more.
The one's in our life's we care.
For there, the love I carry is real.
The love of a person that means so dear.
I love thee like the stars in the sky.
That even on the darkest does not change.
I love thee like the sun in the blue.
That everyday you make my dreams come true.
I love you like none other can.
That it is there, I do the things I do.
I love because you are you.
And even with that, I would not change.
Because it is you I love this day.
As everyday I strive to love like before.
It is you that keeps me loving til the dew drops.
That of a morning glory I spring.
Because of the beauty you bring to me this day.
