Love Poem: Unspoken

Unspoken

He’s a spark, a distant flame,
A fleeting dream, but not the same.
A smile that lingers, soft and bright,
But too far out of reach tonight.

His laughter echoes, warm and clear,
A voice I wish that I could hear,
But paths don’t cross, the timing’s wrong,
And all I have is this silent song.

He’s a star I can’t hold close,
A story that remains unread,
A heart that beats just out of sight,
A love that I’ll never claim tonight.

So I hold on to the spark that fades,
And dream of what could never be made.
