This Tightrope Called Life
Come, my dear, take my hand; have no fear
as we walk this tightrope called life together.
In days of sunshine or in cold stormy weather...
It does not matter. I solemnly promise to be near,
always; there's no need to ever wonder whether.
In strong winds, we might fidget but never fall
off our lofty height. We'll get to the other end!
With sheer faith, we'll make it past any squall,
and on each other, we'll always depend
We're in life's journey for the long haul,
regardless of what the future may portend
