What are these feelings I feel?

The sin of the flesh
Coming to take over us
What I feel for you
Has left me confused
Don’t know where to turn
Don’t know what to do
The path that I choose
Will I win, or lose?
If I let you come in
Would it be a sin?
Or is it something more
Something true and pure
Like this word love
That many speak of
I don’t know what to believe
I don’t know what to perceive
Of these feelings I feel
Please tell me what’s real
Is it my heart that you steal?
Or is it sexual appeal
Do you think that you could?
Do you think that you would?
If I let my heart go
Will it get broken down the road?
These feelings I feel
Make my head reel
I can’t think straight
