The Sounds and Feelings of Love

Sitting here listening,
Listening to all the sounds around me,
Trying to hear your voice.
The wind threw the trees,
Hearing you whisper, "I love you".
The rain hitting the dry ground,
Crying for my love forever.
The birds in the spring,
Singing a song from you to me.
The buzz from the bee's,
Spilling your every secret.
Always knowing no matter where I am,
No matter what I'm doing,
I feel you.
The sweet smell of your hair,
Left on my pillow where you slept.
The warmth on the phone,
When I spend all night expressing my feelings.
I still hear those sweet words,
Asking me to be yours forever,
Under the dark sky,
Under that shooting star,
When we made the same wish.
All these things keep me going,
Keep me strong,
Knowing I can make it threw one more day.
What would I do without your love?
Without that special kiss?
Without the comforting hug?
What would I do if I lost you?
Live a life without hope?
Without dreams?
Without the respect you give me?
Just the thought makes me cry,
Cry out like thunderstorms,
Loud and care free,
Not caring what I ruin or destory.
But then I see that smile,
That smile that brightens up my world,
My world that is now filled,
Filled with nothing but sounds and feelings,
The sounds and feelings I just sit and wait for,
Knowing no matter what,
You will always love me.
