The Search For Love
Love is a buried treasure,
not easily found by the very many.
For some, the search takes a lifetime,
hoping to receive the love of plenty.
Either looking here or there,
and at times, wishing love lurks in the, in between.
Only to find the risk involved, in retrieving the outcome,
from people who become so cruel, and so mean.
Half the battle is with the journey,
and the other is not accepting the world, as it may come.
Realizing that people of the world, are truly hurting,
and how they are, you don't have to then become.
For the possibilities are truly out there,
first you must give love, to receive love back.
You then can make the world, a better place,
while making love in the world, not lack.
