The Rose Inside My Heart -Mr
In the splendorous sky of my ardent heart,
shimmering with the glow of the indigo art,
as you gleamed like the tinsels of the moon,
I tried to absorb your sapphire sheen hewn,
but you drifted away slowly out of my sight
from the sky I had carved for you with delight.
In the vale of flowers in my cascading heart,
you paved a turquoise trail for me to dart.
As I walked with dream on its tortuous trace,
I discerned the glimmer of my love encase
the mesmeric embrace of the blooming rose,
its patina on your alluring face eternally froze.
From the dark edge of the anguished life’s night,
storm clouds surged with thunders of bad plight,
broke my sky of yearning into dispersed debris.
I didn’t know how to make the buried dreams free
from despair domain, before time came to depart,
I gathered the fragments of my shattered heart.
These turned into red rose buds, blooming one by one,
when you returned to my garden under fervent sun.
The aura of your beauty their luster transmitted,
the fragrance of your blossoming love they emitted.
The curl of petals like your smile set one flower apart,
I plucked it, and placed the rose inside my heart.
