The only star for me
Was the one in your eyes
There by the crystal sea,
Accompanied by a sigh
When I proposed.
The only star for me
Twinkled with delight
Through a well-placed tear
That wonderful night
When I proposed.
The only star for me
Shone bright, never faded
A clear sign that your love
Never became jaded
Since I proposed.
