The Face of Love
Love has one face,
yours, mine, and how
we relate – less a physical
portrait, and more a sense,
a taste – a breath in and long
exhale out, of devotion and
trust. There is no love without
Faith – and no faith, without
first being faithful. We become,
to have and know – then dissolve
away into greater and more
abundance – when one gives,
the universe responds by giving...
and when one loves, the universe knows
that its gifts have been gratefully received
and, therefore, multiplies infinitely....
