The Face

The Face By: Tom Wright 1-4-2019 I see a face that I barely discern, like a ghostly shadow in poor light, And zephyrs carry a voice that disturbs the silence. As thoughts gravitate toward this unknown, My musings clutch a far away place. In another day, another time, Perhaps this person was more than just an acquaintance. Today, Its a memory of one since passed That's best left interred.
