Love Poem: The Dime Called Priscy

The Dime Called Priscy

I sat at the shop relaxing as time moved steadily
My very eyes beheld a scene that was very lovely
There before me stood a dime, descent and prissy
I was not amazed to learn she was called Priscy

Deep down within my heart I felt a tingle
As I lovingly gazed at her face and bingle
Just then I remembered I was still single
It was the best time for me to just mingle

I blessed my trusted optics that very day
A dime, a treasure, an angel it has seen
A beauty that words fall short to say
It was evident though she was still a teen

Her face alone but nothing I did continually stare
In my memory, such an image has been very rare
An experience! One that I cannot properly tell
My eyes have beheld a dime, yeah, it's very real

The thought to visit a friend at the shop,
The move to win her heart and stay on top,
I will forever bless and bless into all eternity
For that begun me with The Dime Called Priscy.
