The Color of My Tears
Tell me the color of my tears
tell me if you will what is the color of my tears
are they the color white or red
I can’t bare to look and see
There must be something wrong with me
I’ve never done this crying thing before
my wife was the center of my life
she took away everything I had
my love my two children my life
and she won’t give them back to me
so I took the spade
and dug the hole where she’s now laid
in the darkest corner of my mind where the wind blows cold
and it always rains the sun will never shine
in the darkest corner of my mind
I feel the tears falling from my eyes like an April rain
does my crying bring me shame I cannot bare the pain
tell me please what is the color of my tears
I’ve never done this drying thing before
