The Break Up
Sitting here just thinking and feeling the worst,
Hearing my body scream change but my mind doesn’t know what to do first.
Although this maybe far from what some may say the worst really is.
But at this point I can’t tell so I know this is not the way I choose to live!!!!
With little joy in my heart, and my optimism is about slim to none,
Makes me worry and wonder will misery be my outcome.
As I feel my mind and body slowly turn numb...
My emotions just want to pick up and run
Leaving the worst behind as I race towards the sun
Where joy falls like rain and true happiness comes second to none.
But the realization of that is too far away.....So Baby I'm done!!!
