with long silken
hair
I reached to hold
you close but you
were not there
I awoke with a pain
deep in my heart
A starving void an
empty hearth
You are so dear so
sweet and kind

Hardly ever a word
of complaint
Never a foul word or
word of contempt
Your love for others
from God over flowed
Your love to every
one you show
You love me despite
my faults
With true love which
can not be bought
