The Beauty Beyound the Night

Graffiti top tables afore bluebirds and colourful flowers; aligning smiles of laughter

Twas you and me; returning in yet a glimpse unto a special place wherein I once found

A penny from 1964....

Tis but a quiet and serene Sunday afternoon, here at city college this fine gift of a day

Just celebrated its first century within existence a season or so ago; one million tales!?

Searching to find peace inside this door perhaps; stepping through to greet the other side

That transcending of all which can be felt and yet not held at least; as touching true beauty....

Realizing how very easy it is sometimes to get caught amid the not so bright, darker views

Always presenting themselves in this valley of their something that, we seem subject unto?!

Laying it aside while the soft breeze begins blowing gently through tranquillities leaves

Whispering the waters fountains; soothing sounds carrying graffiti away; and today all is free?!

Beholding their lovely faces with nature and time standing still for a moment that I may find

Bluebirds and colourful flowers swaying; aligning smiles of laughter, for you and me....
