Love Poem: Tell It Like It Is

Tell It Like It Is

Tell frankly what you really mean
Not just by words, but by action
For knowing good could be a sin
If it's not put into motion

Show love without hesitation
For tomorrow may be too late
Light now the flames of affection
The hands of time can't dearly wait

In being true, there is a prize
You do not need to shy and hide
Though mostly, love could have a price
True love can bear the storm and tide

My love for you is really true
My sincere eyes can truly say
You see it in the things I do
Your love for me is what I pray
