Tears
Laying down on my bed to rest,
A flood of emotions run through my head.
Tears rolled down my face,
For Your love and grace.
As I cried I want to say, thank you, Lord for all the pain,
These lessons I learned was not in vain.
Tears, for all the people who crossed my path,
The good and bad, those who made me happy and sad.
I wondered is it me, who is abnormal in society,
No longer want to be in the circle of popularity?
I am tired of chasing after the wind,
Just to earn an extra few shillings.
Life is more than wasting time on vanity.
Tears, for all my blessings, my kids and home,
For Your first born.
Your love has no beginning or end,
To all You are a best friend.
