Love Poem: Tatted Heart

Tatted Heart

When did all this start?
Yes, that hot July day at Wal Mart
Seeing you a tall dark handsome man,
Wearing a white tee and baggy jeans,
Never thought I would end up being,
Your number one fan.

My heart belongs to you already,
Someone that I never thought,
I would end up loving.
After your first words of that street talk,
My mind said walk, but my eyes said stay.
You probably met your match today.

After speaking with you on the phone,
Something said leave you alone.
I ain’t used to thug passion.
I like educated dudes.
One day when my educated dude
Pissed me off.

Here I am calling you for one night
Of street love
I wasn’t hooked then.
But after I got it over and over again,
I ain’t want to be just your friend.

I’m yours so immediately I opened
The doors of my home to you.
My heart is tatted big just like Pac’s,
I don’t want to change the locks.
I love to touch your wavy hair,
I love how your hands go everywhere.
I’m in love with a thug,
Yes me the good girl.
Your name is all over me.

The black Billy Dee is tatted on my heart.
I wish on that day I didn’t go to Wal Mart.
I would not have thug passion written
All over my heart.
