Love Poem: Talking In Your Sleep

Talking In Your Sleep

Talking in Your Sleep
You’ve never been totally honest with me, hoarding secrets that were buried deep. You thought they were safe in Pandora’s Box… but you revealed them all in your sleep!
As you moaned a name that was not mine, our warm bed became a sheet of ice. While you’ve been enjoying a red hot flame, I’ve been crowned Queen of Fools’ Paradise.
No apologies, no confessions needed; your guilty conscience gave you away. And as a new day dawns, I’ll be all right… just won’t be around for a replay.
