Love Poem: Sumac Seduction

Sumac Seduction

Her touch is toxicodendron
Piercing eyes that easily penetrate
vulnerable senses overrun
Seduction is her pearl hip-handle gun

Don’t trigger her flowering attention,
or you’re sure to get a flirtatious reaction
Poisonous pheromones in the breeze
has you paralyzed by her brash attraction
Next comes a rash bullet to the heart,
when this Venus flytrap relationship starts

Her I.V touch is drip drip tears lovesick toxicodendron

Love Rhus at your own peril ...
she intimately sumac know who are those
way out of her Ivy league

Deadly smart as a black widow,
she advances slowly like a creeping vine
Taking her time,
she savors each sip of the wine —
Along with each passion intertwine

Her ivy touch is fatal toxicodendron

Her moist whispers
release pox pollen ... promises divine

But Rhus leaves always,
when any scent of permanence starts
Yes, Rhus leaves
always quickly
turn autumn exit brown
Whenever any spring love starts to bud

Tho’ she desires rich green affection,
her nature is not that of a butterfly dove

Her touch is so tempting toxicodendron
Flame-colored eyes
is her burning bed weapon
Seduction is her favorite garter belt gun
