Staying In
I look forward to those times
snuggled on the couch,
loved one in my arms
and a new DVD.
An evening in the kitchen,
nibbles, more than food.
Sunday afternoon in bed
loving each other as we should.
Dreary, rain filled skies,
a cold winter's gale.
Those are the days for
staying in.
