as i place my hand into yours, seaping chills shoot through my being,
what is this pushing my heart into yours? what is this that i'm feeling?
can spirits talk in silence?
a spirits knowing without words?
can god place this longing within our souls? is it something we've already learned?
re-membering love at a distance,
drawing near with curiousity,
impressed to change our perspective,
following feelings that god placed to be,
unable to comprehend this longing, god sees the true purpose at hand,
he knows love's language better than what we could know,
better than what we would understand,
can u hear my father's heartbeat?
can u see his love through my eyes?
can u see his heart written through the pages of my life?
did it take some time to realize?
that who your falling in love with is him,
the spirits knowing is him alone,
