Some Memories Linger Longer

I shivered
I quivered
eyes!
cried!
dried!

I puzzled winkled I bled
I muffled tingled I shed

between the greens some shades
beneath the almond tree
I stood I sat I gazed
I bled shed tears

pale leaves like flames on me
its summer time I see
My skin from naked sun
like ants it bites on me
beneath the almond tree
am bruised a broken reed
to sap away my strains

but strains like grease on me
my surgeons' robes its stayed .
Its linger longer in
eyes!
cried!
blue

Am blood eyes seated
on brown broad branch
my hands caress its pairs
my sight winkled despair
beneath the almond fig
eyes!
cried!
red!

She came a rare gazelle
Into my missing world
a lost world was found
definition she was
with it life now so meaning

In class she sit with doves
afar away the wolves
her laps so tightly closed
like banker’s vault she chose

she gazed at me I smile
I looked at her she chimes
her pink blouse is a rhyme
her purple lips sublime.
Her black skin sapphires
It shines like crystal clear
when Lola laughs she vines
like ancient Ethiopians
this memory lingers kind

Our hope tomorrow share
my mind like burrow deeep
I have no other Doe
my love you better know.
this memory lingers longer

But love should better be
a two face sides effect
two sides a golden penny
we both must surely share
the ties of life is dual
It tides so we can plow
this knowledge few know

monopolistic love stakes
Titanic will surely sink
Cos' love of such stale
when Roses Jacked the film

attires sowed for love
with silver linings curve

He came like cyclone Charles
to blow and twist her hairs
to plant and plait his charms
on her he fused his cares

 I look am dazed
I fade I fake am feigned
Her love for me is tamed
In rains I pack my fame
basket away my shame
this fate this hate this day

my eyes so winks despairs
my palms caress its pairs
the shade of tree I fled
my eyes in blood its tears

I gazed the air so bruised
beneath the almond tree
still pale leaves drops on me
like flames in a bakery's inn

antelopes;
they share their look with care
outlooks and speaks with eyes
what fate has swayed this Weak

nightingales in purple gold
decorate a blossom fig
desired n stringed a sing
a far nigh sing so bold
naked my mood still

hyenas in trios they wait
and scorned a fated faith
they look so lean thin
and seek a prey to skin

the vultures perch in bands
dance their weary dance
a game of hope they glance
to size a flesh to pounce

woman in labour pains,
I groan I bleed I faint
this memories linger forth

Its dusk I mind the road
These memories linger longer.
