Sogni D'Oro
Along the banks of slumber, in a land of lucid dreams,
dancing in the moonlight on the flow of rainbow streams.
Shadow stars of destiny illuminating mind
and golden waves of sunset flames alleviating time.
Floating dreams that whisper smiles and snicker as they tease.
Chirping gentle lullabies that drift along the breeze.
Swimming light through teardrops in the canyons of relief
and glowing arcs of butterflies in shades of disbelief.
Sunny strings of echoed time induce a harmless crush,
bereft of possibility, on fate’s eternal brush.
Exotic orbs of chocolate gaze in gravity’s attire,
adorned with golden halos shining sultry with desire.
Faceless love and flaxen mist bring tides of solemn grace,
sifting through the nameless sands of memories erased.
Flowing amber cuddles on a waterfall of stars,
leaves of blushing tenderness caressing battle scars.
Flowers dancing in the rain; the symphony of life.
Crystal drops of broken time abandon lonely strife.
Tender chills on honey wings incite a subtle spark
that drifts along obscurity in velvet waves of dark.
Pirate faeries battle while the clouds above all stare
as raindrops kiss the silhouette of lightning through the air.
Swirling, shapeless moments blink from silver laden eyes,
eluding dark infinity in crystalline disguise.
The smiling moon begins to yawn as light unfolds the sky
and lavender brings whistling tales to sing their last goodbye.
A warmth cascades an auric mane across the solemn sea,
the restless cosmos fades to dawn and wakes in shades of glee.
Whispers of eloping dreams still calling from the void,
sailing through the universe on solar winds deployed.
Tides of time drift peacefully, a warm embrace untold,
as falling drops of destiny awaken dreams of gold.
