Love Poem: Soft, You

Soft, You

your mind - it spins with guile and art
to plumb the depths of wit and heart
     oh software ...

I read you with my hands to see
each page that I've turned tenderly
     softcover ...

such feral beauty you can't hide
yet graceful, more, the soul inside
     softhearted ...

your glowing sheath of velvet skin
the suit that nature birthed you in
     my softshell ...

the sweetest you is joined with me
those moonlit hours I swim your sea
     so softspoken.
