Love Poem: So Quiet

So Quiet

So Quiet

Now I sit in empty room
Things so quiet makes me gloom
Wondering were things went wrong
Tune playing just like a song

I knew that this day would come
Feeling empty nest syndrome
Reality has sunk in
Can’t embrace it like a friend

The night silence drives me mad
Hearing no sound makes me sad
Thinking of the way he left
Feels worst than a sudden death

Pain I feel can’t comprehend
Neither can I just pretend
Just can’t play like all is well
When inside it feels like hell

Trying hard to keep it straight
But the silence can’t debate
House feels like an empty tomb
Waiting for some noise to bloom

**Been four months now..trying to get use to a quiet house
With Andre' gone to the house is supper quiet..just needed to vent...
