So, Either By Thy Picture Or My Love

...for Juvie

Dainty feet, a parasol,
a floral cotton dress,
fresh, as breezes kiss the leaves,
a breath of loveliness.

Your long gown swishing through the grass
as flowers adorn your hair,
where'er you coyly come to pass
a glowing picture in the air.

Delicate, sophisticated,
charming when you sing,
you float, like mist o'er hill and dale,
appearing, disappearing.

Though evanescent as a cloud
you shine for all you're worth,
real, substantial, beautiful,
a goddess here on earth.
