They just slip away.
Our memories becoming yesterdays.
Our yesterdays never existing slipping away.
We are becoming a fading dream.
Fading fast it’s falling through the seams.
We are not what use to be.
You were never with me.
The images disappear from my sight.
They are gone like shadows in night.
You slip away from my mind.
Our memories are forgotten time.
My life is slipping away to nothingness.
So much of you I’ll never know I miss.
Love is disappearing without a trace.
