Form to formlessness, then back to this form
Attention perched upon the pendulum
Centred presence immune from ego harm
Riot of joy within the continuum
That that is, just is, here and now present
Regrets of past, fear of future; negates
Thought interference cause of sentiment
Blocking glow of bliss within that elates
Whirring whirlpool of energy divine
Resident within awaiting embrace
Conscience cajoling to softly align
That upon us be showered boundless grace
Dynamic stillness continues to sway
