How high can you go little darling and how low have you been
is your heart still warm and open or has your love worn thin,
do you carry life's little burdens or do you give them to the wind,
have you lived your life in freedom or did you fall victim to your sins
Can you smile at your memories or did you make to many enemies
if truelove knocked would you let it in,
have you spent much time staring at the starry sky
or did your unkind mind keep your curious soul confined,
can you see beyond all of what you've been told or shown
or have you choose to be small
Many years have passed since I seen you last so darling tell me it all,
all that you've known, what have you seen, where did you go,
did you love once again like we did before,
did you find who you are did you want to be more?
