Love Poem: Silent Serenade

Silent Serenade

She's like an ember
Always burning deep within my soul
So I told her
Everything she'd ever need to know

Without a word
We danced, as the music played
Then I looked into her eyes and sang
My silent serenade

Soul to soul I won't let go
No matter how far it is you roam
I keep coming back to you
Cause in your arms I never feel alone

With the candlelight and wine
We danced one more time
Then gently on the pillows where she lay
We made love, in a most romantic way
With a silent serenade

Looking deep into her eyes, it was like
We shared our whole lives
For an hour maybe more
All we did was explore what lies inside

When a teardrop finally fell
I knew that she could tell
That the best song, two hearts have ever played
Was written in their souls in such a way
Of A silent serenade

Soul to soul I won't let go
No matter how far it is you roam
I keep coming back to you
Cause in your arms I never feel alone

With the candlelight and wine
We danced one more time
Then gently on the pillows where she lay
We made love, in a most romantic way
With a silent serenade

All he hoped, was to someday get to play
His silent serenade
