Love Poem: Silence To Ask?

Silence To Ask?

Encircled in contempt, I snatch at reasons,
My words to echo loud upon her breast,
Thrown to seas of want within my asking?
Forever now my need to never rest!

Throws she does my ache within a torment,
Always she to want another mile,
Stirring thoughts of hope within her silence,
Her eyes to cling, and I myself beguile,

Beauty as the siren sings her wanting,
The sad lament entices In the man,
To reach a hand of faith and offer promise,
Yet silence is the answer to the lamb,

All in her I see that ever after,
Yet clouds to never part or send release,
Lady now I ask in silent yearning?
Gift me with your kiss, and give me peace.
