She Lights the Soul - 1

She lights up the darkest night
By giving a part of her light
To the person beside her
The one who hurts
From grief
And fights
For relief

She sparks rays of sunshine
Bright as summer
In the one who feels
Like their pain
Will never heal

She erases all doubt and fear
From the heart who lives
With the discouragement
Found inside heartbreak
Wounds that pierce
The very veins
Releasing a
Crimson flow
Of tears

She leads the trembling soul
Through the door of joy
Sending rays of hope
To caress dreams
With belief

She is one who guides an embrace
To reach out and caress
The spirit with love
Found inside
Sent from above
To fill lives
With wonder
Faith and conviction
That love is unconditional

She arouses the inspiration within
To fill the mind with serenity
That lives inside the wind
Whispering in breaths
Of gentle prayers
Sent to Him

Phillippians 2:5-7
