Love Poem: Shattered Mirror

Shattered Mirror

I once met this girl, this girl had blue hair, she had a curse, a big curse to bear.

As she grew up, her mirror was shattered, and as a side effect, her mind was
battered.

She thinks of herself, like coal, unrefined, when she is actually a diamond that
shines.

I shall do, a lovers duty, by trying to compare, her unchallenged beauty.

Even though, she will deny, good thing I'm persistent, for I shall try, and try.

As a whole she looks like an angel, her point of view? I know I can change it.

Her beautiful eyes, described they can't be, for people stare at them, as still as
trees.

Next is her smile, and also her teeth, as white as snow, and as brilliant as can be.

Her personality, is hard to find, like sparkling gems in a mine.

Her self-esteem is very low, but her heart, is better than gold.

I've seen her happy, I've seen her shy, I've seen her at that point, where she's
wanted to die.

People ask me "Why? Why do you care?" I answer; "Why? Because it's only fair, I'll
get her to share, that huge curse to bear."

And with these two hands, I'll fix her mirror that shattered, cure her mind that was
battered, because that's all that matters.

No matter the cuts, or the force I need do, I'll do it anyway, because it's all for you.
