Selfishness Corrodes Love

SELFISHNESS CORRODES LOVE
Selfishness corrodes love
Than any other does.
Since love is a responsibility
And not only
A whim in one’s heart.
In love, give!

Love long for
A favorable environment.
If you won’t nourish it better,
Slowly
It find its way out
Without any of you two
Come to know.
Simple like a bee
Seeking a new hive
For the whole swarm.

Once love gets a new home,
It cuts off abruptly
Like an electric current.
This is the worst attribute of it.
It never say bye,
But it has gone
Leaving you two
Failing to understand each other
Completely.

Once love gets a new home
The old couple
Play comedy.
They become good actors
Displaying falsehood
Of their inner heart.
A smile becomes a mock,
A kiss becomes a spit,
But eyes are benevolent:
They start
Evading one’s eyes.
If you happen to see
The last sign,
Love has corroded

Love is giving:
And competing in giving.
Struggle to give more
Than you receive from partner.
Struggle to thwart a partner
And dwarf her far behind.
Struggle to be a head of him
By giving him madly.
Give anything in your mind:
Give your enough time,
Give your good stories,
Give your real touches ,
Give your advice
Give your body.
Compete to be superb
When it comes to giving.
Remember,
Selfishness corrodes love!
