Seeds of Grace

Sweep the cobwebs from my mind, Where grief and doubt abide sometimes. Hear my heartbeat, echoing inside, Where the light glows – God’s love, overflowing. Silence the murmurs of darkness and fear, Remember me when the smoke finally clears. Drape my dreams with a cloak of hope, Restoring my joy with His melodies, soaked in faith. Listen to the silence tracing shadows on my thoughts, Rushing waves of melancholy, bidding me good night. Feel the quickening of my soul’s discerning grace, Breathing still, cool psalms through my heart’s embrace. Risk the failures that leave the soul without a place, Aspire to believe, despite the doubts we might perceive. Stake your life, your love, your light on the wonders, Sensations brought to life by the heart who knows His smile. Beyond the sleek prayers, the amazing praise and worship, There is love that overpowers all doubt, love beyond reasonable. Love this alive, it will forever survive, Singing through the skies, like stars clever cries, Reassuring the faithful and inspiring souls to hear, Wisdoms grown from seeds, so grateful, seeds of His grace. Believe. Never grow tired of the faith that He’s given, For it is this faith, this believing, that makes a life worth living.
