See Me

When you see me
Do you see beauty and brokenness?
Potential and shattered-ness?
Can you see past my flaws and mistakes?
Wanting perfection is as if holding onto hope lost
But still dance within the fault of our stars
When you say you love me
Is it because of my curves or my inner curiosities?
When you stare at me
Is it because you See hunger of lust Or are you
acting as a scientist researching and figuring me out?
When you see me
Do you see intellengence and Insecurities?
Mystery and madness?
Would you fill me with joy only to leave me?
When you see me
Can you see the empathy and emptiness?
Sophistication and sympathy?
Can you make my imperfection into something greater than the Great Depression?
When you see me
Do you see the leading urge I have or The loneliness I feel?
When you look in my eyes
Do you see the waving and ocean drive of depression
When you see me
Do you see my focus and disorder?
Not like the missing chromosome but the one where I always feel alone
When you see me
Do you see me or an invisible figure?
When you see me
See me for more than what my skin and curves is worth
When you see me
Do you see my inner beauty more than my outer
When you love me
Love me for me, cause when I Love I love Hard
Love me for my inner me and personality
Not what God has put on me or made of me
Because I am me
I will forever be me and I can not change for thee
