Screen of Awareness
God loves you and me, yes, us… indeed
This illumines my awareness screen
Reigning over every day routine
Constantly prevailing beyond creed.
Triumphantly facing challenges
My soul keeps on surmounting pressure
Heavenly love brings me divine pleasure
In my commitment despite changes.
Against demands for paradigm shift
Calling assessments of perspective
My mind stays in sublime directive
That Almighty’s love gives great uplift.
Since “…God loves the world…” yes, humankind
I’m sure He knows my need for faith's grace
Praying that I fulfill caring ways
Striving against struggles to be kind.
