Sailor's Pride

as he walks with pride through the fields of ocean tides youth gathered hearts love silent spirit seeking lulled salt tinged air ocean froth waves heave forward snare rising anticipation swinging forward from port to port through salted shields his heart broke the surface as he gasped for breath as he ages being drawn away from his youth gathered bosom helplessly turning somersaults inside a tumbling rush surviving challenges stroking madly yielding for rare hope, truth rhythm of nature, and wisdom the more you take away from, the bigger new beginnings become 1/1/2016
