With Valentine's Day drawing near
Thoughts of love seem to be in the air
Many put their hearts on the line
To make that special someone their Valentine
Exchanging gifts to show they care
Enhancing nascent love affairs
Giving chocolate covered hearts
Or a bouquet of flowers he imparts
Then a dinner by candlelight
While lovers gaze into each others eyes
As the flame of love shines bright
On a Valentine day filled with delight
And as the evening progresses
Sweet nothings whispered, and tender caresses
Upon her lips he plants a kiss
As hearts dance in romantic bliss
