Reason
Standing there watching the sun set on the horizon
Silently contemplating life, it's meaning and reason
Feeling the soft white sand of the beach on my bare feet
Thinking of her and how she makes this life sweet
I closed my eyes and in my mind's eye I see
That loveliness that sets my soul free
She is the one who gives me complete healing
Having her one day makes this life more appealing
I hear her voice assuring me everything will be fine
I believe that we met thru fate's grand design
So no matter what is now will never change the fact
That in the beginning of time our souls made a solemn pact
To love each other and forever to remember
To love each other always from January to December
To keep our love strong through all the changes of season
And deep inside me I know she is my life's only reason
