Realistic Dreams (Ghazal)

Tempting, do those eyes an invite wake
The gradual lay by low in dreams regret.

We carefully unrobe whilst orbs cement
The residue on wakening each sense.

Unknotted do the fumblings of caress
Indulge so loosely bound on satin sheets.

I bleed to death each pondering of a whim
It holds a severed heart so slow, the beat.

It lingers while this love sustains as time
And sleeps while we awake no time at all.

Together in the lucrative of oils,
So slight! Does skin on skin so slight collide.

And independence wilts as two converse,
While body language molecules disperse.

There's a full moon in a serenade approach
As we silhouette a variety of turns.

Allah! Spread the cape, conceal our bond
The sanctuary our climax urges on.

Sweetness as our cumulative peace becomes,
A disappearing act in dreams' pursuit.
