Love Poem: Real Love

Real Love

Sometimes we are so close to each other,
that we exchange the scent of perfumes
we apply, besides sharing the taste
of our kisses. We get lost in the woods
and feel the thrill of finding each other.
We carry pop corns to hill tops,
and enjoy a sight of shooting stars.

Other times we argue and fight,
wondering why we met in the first place;
we become angrier when we realize that love
for each other is stuck in our hearts like tattoos,
becoming hard to replace or remove. I take a stroll
that will take me away from you. As I walk across
the streets, I see couples of all ages holding
each other's arms. All I remember is you.....
