Rainbow's End
At the end of my rainbow, I'll find them there,
All the dear ones whom in my life had a share,
First in line, I am sure, my dad and mother.
Close behind come each and every brother.
My sister too and my husband and son,
My sweet granddaughter and great grandson.
I haven't seen some for many years,
If I were not so happy, I would be in tears.
I am the last of my generation,
Which is the loneliest sensation.
Love waits for me at Rainbow's end
Where I'll look for every relative and friend.
