Prayers

Prayers go up to God above And I feel so thankful to know Blessings arrive in pure love More pleasure than I can show ~ Prayers filled with honest hope For promises sent from heaven Miraculous ways that I can cope Learning all of God’s good lesson ~ Prayers with a sense of purpose Centered in compassion and faith Bringing about inclination to service And feelings alive, love like a wraith ~ Prayers pleading with God for direction Ways to make it to my best destination Always feeling the senses of affection Like a loving gift sent through a donation ~ Prayers whispered with dreams alive Shared in hopes that they will surface Someone find ways to simply survive Spoken with lips that seem near wordless ~ Prayers dedicated to honoring the Lord With feelings of reverence sent to Him Words that are meant to show He’s adored And that they are spoken more than a whim ~ Prayers that are destined to open His ear Awaken promises from biblical expressions Give full utterance to all love that is dear And hopefully leave Him with lasting impressions ~ Prayers that are intended to bring God’s grace To the wise heart who knows He is the greatest The blessing that no heart would ever replace Good gifts for the ones that are His created ~ Prayers like this are often felt in the heart Part of the person, inside their best thoughts Opening up the most weak and vulnerable part To give to our creator who died on the cross ~ Prayers with our best hopes, dreams and faith Opening words that testify of amazing grace Special reasons that reminds of all God saith Filling up the heart with joy and love in this place
