Our Last Kiss

Looking back at the years that have past I couldn't help but to smile,
87 years of life took alot from me,but it never took the memories I have of you,
I can still see the beautiful young blue eyed girl who waited to walk down the
aisle,
you introduced me to true love, showed me another way, and helped me to start
a new,
All the laughs we shared, how much we grew , a wonderful life as husband and
wife,
as lovers, friends, enemies, companions, and parents, we argued, agreed,
disagreed, and persist,
we said nothing will come between us, nothing will tear us apart, nothing will
change our life,
67 years of marriage I couldn't of had it any better not even this....our last kiss,
I wish I could tell you thank you and kiss you goodbye, but I couldn't bare to see
you cry,
I want to remember the one who made me whole, the one who stood by my side
the one who tucked me in at night with a soft kiss
a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a person who is loved and who gives love with
out deny,
with patents you waited, gave, listened, helped and never once you asked for
nothing in return, you I will truly miss
I know when you awake and find that I have past sad and heart broken you will be,
I just need you to know I didn't want to leave you like this,
you made my life worth every moment I was blessed with you in my life that I can
see,
so up above I'll be waiting for the love of my life, and savoring our last kiss.
