Stay strong and focused my friends,this gloomy day will not last.
Think about the upcoming spring, fresh flowers and fresh cut grass.
Enjoy your life, there is much beauty to be had.
There is good all around, this will overshadow the bad.
Mountains and streams, sunrise and sunsets.
Newborn babies and puppies, it's not all doom and threats.
Help your family and friends, try to calm all that live in fear.
If we can all stick together, we can surely spread a little cheer.
Times are hard, our lives are going to change.
This is scary for us all, show some love and always engage.
Everyday from now on is going to bring about a new way of life.
We will survive, we will endure and conquer this new found strife.
Some of us will live and some of us will die.
There is no way around it, just like our past this too will pass by.
Live and learn, forgive and forget.
Let's remember what's important, this battle isn't over yet.
