Our Autumn
The slanted rain on my kitchen window
And full moon beams dancing on the floor
Bring back memories of the grassy meadow
Where two lovers walked for evermore!
The rustling leaves whispered our names
And the howling wind would glue us close
The garden bushes like some country dames
Would perfume the air with their varied rose!
Do you remember those days of autumn rain?
When we two in love were so Insane?
As if Our breath and heart was one
And the lovers journey had just begun?
Ah! Those glorious days of Autumn rain!!
Don’t you wish they would come back again?
